The statutory auditing firm is responsible for carrying out the statutory audit of the accounts. In particular, in a specific report, it expresses an opinion on the separate and consolidated financial statements, on the consolidated half-yearly financial report, and also verifies during the year the regular keeping of the social accounts and the correct recording of management facts in the accounting records.
The shareholders’ general meeeting of April 20, 2019 has conferred to EY S.p.A. the audit engagement for the financial years 2017 - 2025.
