On 3rd September 2024, at the 10th annual Trade and Supply Chain Finance Program (TSCFP) Awards ceremony in Singapore, Banca Popolare di Sondrio was awarded the Trade Deal of the Year 2023' thanks to its contribution to a deal with Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank.
This project was aimed at purchasing equipment for the production of thermal insulation panels.
The panels will guarantee high energy savings in line with our bank's ESG policy and commitment.
In addition, BPS won the “2024 Momentum Award” since, more than any other bank and despite a fragmented global geo-political scenario, it managed to considerably increase the number of transactions between 2023 and the first 2024 period.
